2. How do I receive my product after purchase? All our products are instant digital downloads. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll get a download link by email and inside your account on our site — no shipping, no waiting.
3. Can I print the pages more than once? Yes! Once you purchase a product, you can print it as many times as you like for your own children, students, or classroom.
4. Can I share or resell the files? No. Our files are licensed for personal and classroom use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files (as-is or edited) is not permitted. See our Terms of Service for full details.
5. What file format will I receive? All products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, ready to print at home or at a print shop, on standard letter or A4 paper.

8. What ages are your products designed for? Our resources are designed for children ages 3 to 16, and each product page lists the specific recommended age range.
9. I didn’t receive my download email — what do I do? First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, email us at hello@dpro30.com with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.
