Digital Products — Final Sale Because DPRO30 sells instant-download digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds simply for change of mind after download.
When We Do Offer a Refund or Replacement We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will provide a replacement file or a full refund if:
- The file you received is corrupted or fails to open correctly.
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- The product significantly does not match its description.
How to Request Help If you experience any issue with your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@dpro30.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days and will make it right.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after downloading a working file.
- Printing errors on your end (paper size, printer settings).
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
